BrisaTide is a matching service for South Florida homeowners who need air conditioning or HVAC work done. We connect homeowners in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding communities we serve with independent local HVAC providers — companies that do the diagnosing, repairing, and installing themselves.

That distinction matters, so we state it plainly: BrisaTide is not an HVAC contractor. We do not employ technicians, we do not carry the tools, and we will never be the business that shows up at your door. The provider who contacts you is an independent business. Your agreement for any work is directly with that provider, and they are responsible for their own pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and warranties.

Why We Built It This Way

When an air conditioner stops cooling in South Florida, finding help usually means working down a list of search results, calling numbers that go to voicemail, and repeating the same story about your system to every company that answers. BrisaTide exists to shorten that loop. You describe the problem once — through our request form or by calling 786-741-7667 — and we match your request with local providers who offer the service you need in your area.

Because we are not selling you a system or a repair, our content can afford to be straight with you. Our guides explain what a problem usually means, what a repair visit involves, and what drives the cost of a new system — including the parts where the honest answer is that it depends on your home and only a provider's written quote is a real number.

How BrisaTide Makes Money

BrisaTide is free for homeowners to use. We may receive compensation from providers for referrals — when a request we send them turns into a customer relationship. That compensation does not change what you pay the provider for the work itself, and it does not obligate you to hire anyone who contacts you.

You choose who to hire. If a provider's quote, timing, or approach does not suit you, you are free to decline and choose someone else — through BrisaTide or entirely on your own.

What We Will Not Claim

Trust is the whole product in a matching service, so we hold a hard line on claims we cannot back up. You will not find invented customer reviews, star ratings, project galleries, or years-in-business claims on this site. We do not promise response times, and we do not speak for a provider's availability, pricing, or warranties — those belong to the provider, and you should confirm them directly before hiring.
